What is it?  This lightly exfoliating and soothing artisan soap is handmade with Activated Charcoal and Tea Tree Oil to help clear your pores, reduce oil and acne-causing bacteria, and balance your skin’s pH. Charcoal draws out and detoxifies your pores and exfoliates while astringent Tea Tree kills the remaining bacteria causing your breakouts. Talk about double trouble!

Who is it for?  Perfect for acne-prone skin

Directions: Create a lather using water and apply it to any area of the body. Leave the soap on your skin for about one minute before rinsing. Use the corners of the soap bar to cleanse the corners of your nose and chin. Not for internal use, please keep it out of your eyes. To extend the life of this product, please store it in dry areas and only wet the product when in use. If the product is warm upon arrival, simply place it in your refrigerator for an hour until firm as all-natural products are not stabilized with harsh synthetics or chemicals. Use daily or as needed!

Ingredients: Activated Charcoal, Organic Olive Fruit Oil, Organic Coconut Oil, Organic Sunflower Oil, Organic Hemp Oil, and Distilled Water.

Why you don't want to use the bars of "soap" from the store:

Most of these are beauty bars, and not even real soap. Real soap has real oils in it. Most store soaps have tallowate (animal fat), and almost all have synthetic oils, perfumes, colorants, and phthalates. These ingredients may wreak havoc on your skin and your nervous system. An example is this ingredient used in nearly all soap bars at your grocery store: Sodium tallowate: It is a salt of Tallow (a substance extracted from the fatty deposits of animals, especially from suet-the fat of cattle and sheep) soap, because of its fat content, it can also cause breakouts. According to The Soapmakers Companion (Susan Miller Cavitch) "Quite a bit of controversy surrounds the use of tallow in soap making. It is thought to clog pores, cause blackheads, and increase the incidence of eczema for individuals with sensitive skin."

This soap is: Free of Soy, Gluten, Alcohol, Parabens, SLS, Silicones, Phthalates, Mineral Oils, Petroleum, Dyes, Fragrance, Synthetics, and is Cruelty-Free and Vegan.
