Using a wooden, ceramic, or plastic spoon or spatula (metal ruins the charge of mineral ions), scoop the powdered clay in your liquid of choice (we love to use aloe water!), and apply to cleansed skin, avoiding the eye area. Remove with a damp, warm washcloth after 10-15 minutes. Rinse skin well and briefly splash with cool water. Follow the mask with toner and a light moisturizer. Some pinkness or tingling may occur but will subside quickly. To preserve the product and protect it from water, please keep the jar closed at all times. Do not ingest this product.

For detoxing, apply *warm,* moist clay to desired areas and cover with plastic before further covering with a towel or blanket. Rest for 30 minutes before showering and massaging the product off in the water.
