IMPORTANT: Be sure to extend oil to the ends of the strands of hair as well. If you want long hair, you have to get the ends trimmed every 8 weeks, even just a 1/4" will make a big difference. Also for long hair, do not pull on it when wet, do not brush it when wet, and always use a wide-tooth comb, have some leave-in conditioner on the ends, and comb gently. Alternatively, have the comb in the shower, and after you apply conditioner, gently comb through the hair.

Moringa Oil or Ben Oil (Behenic Acid) - a natural hair and scalp cleanser that makes hair strong, fights dandruff, + seals split ends. Moringa has one of the highest naturally occurring levels of behenic acid, a common ingredient in hair conditioners. Using moringa oil as a leave-in moisturizer on clean damp hair allows you the benefits of traditional conditioners and serums without the filler. Moringa also makes a nourishing oil for the scalp that encourages healthy hair growth. Best of all, it won’t leave a greasy after-feel for those with thinner hair.

Directions:
Gently comb the hair or area if needed. Some people like to use oil when the scalp is clean and damp, others like to use it before shampooing. After placing a small amount of oil in your hand-fingertips, use your fingertips to works the oil into your scalp and onto the roots of the hair. Use a GENTLE massaging motion to stimulate the scalp. There’s no need to rush; make sure that you cover your entire scalp and enjoy the massaging sensation, as well the feel of the oil on your hair. Spread oil to the strands of hair for deep conditioning, shine, and strength against breakage.
Also, make sure that you don’t massage too hard but use soft, circular motions instead. Massaging with too much force may damage hair roots and cause hair to break.
