Lactic Acid Lotion at a 12% Strength made with Organic and all-natural ingredients.
Packaged in a 4 ounce BPA free bottle with a press flip cap. This is no longer with a pump being that product was too thick for it. The photo shows a pump, it is not sold with a pump any longer.
Who is it for: Most people will benefit from using lactic acid on dry areas, and patchy, flaky skin. This lotion promotes cellular turnover, which equals skin rejuvenation!
VERY effective for: Keratosis Pillars, Psoriasis, Wrinkles, Brown Spots, Sun Damage, rough elbows and knees, heels of feet, sagging forearm skin, wrinkly cleavage, lines in neck, blackheads, and clogged pores.
This special formula of ours is for the face and body. We formulated it to be a multi-task lotion skin treatment. It softens and loosens dead skin cells and replaces dry patchy cells by hydrating and moisturizing with Shea Butter, Hazelnut Oil, and Sweet almond Oil. It is a 1-2 punch to remove dead flaky cells and reveal fresh new hydrated skin!
Made with Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, which is a cationic type conditioning for pore refinement and tighter looking skin. The ingredient Allantoin will work on cell regeneration and reduces any potential irritation
Being diligent with your treatment of KP-Keratosis Pilaris will result in great changes! Some important tips on dealing with KP:
Many people like using shea butter or coconut butter combo cream-lotion. We make a wonderful moisturizer body butter that can be used at any time in these areas. Many people like to apply it BEFORE the shower, and let it gently rinse off while they wash in the shower. THIS IS USEFUL to people who have dry type KP, which is dry flakes OVER the bumps. IF YOU HAVE OILY-ACNE type KP, then skip this idea of shea butter-coconut body butter.
Keratosis pilaris is a common skin condition, which appears as tiny bumps on the skin. Some people say these bumps look like goosebumps or the skin of a plucked chicken. Others mistake the bumps for small pimples.
These rough-feeling bumps are actually plugs of dead skin cells. The plugs appear most often on the upper arms and thighs (front). Children may have these bumps on their cheeks.
Keratosis pilaris is harmless. Treatment can ease the symptoms and help you see clearer skin.

Many people like using shea butter or a coconut oil combo. We make a wonderful moisturizer body butter called Shower Treatment that can be used at any time in these areas. Many people like to apply it before the shower, and let it gently rinse off while they wash in the shower. This is useful to people who have dry type of KP, which is dry flakes over the bumps. If you have oily-acne type KP, then do not use the body butter method.
How to Use
On clean dry skin, start out by using 1 time a day, every 2 days. Once your skin has gotten used to it, you can use it 1 time a day.
You will need to wear sunblock over the skin areas that you are using this on or clothing to cover the areas. It makes you sun sensitive and you could sun burn easily.
Keratosis Pilaris (KP) is a tough skin condition to treat, and it will not go away if you ignore it.
Being diligent with your treatment of Keratosis Pilaris will result in great changes! Some important tips on dealing with KP:
You have to exfoliate daily and moisturize right after a shower-bath. Use a washcloth, or a exfoliating scrub like our Microdermabrasion Scrub or Rice Enzyme Powder. As a quick home recipe try this: Mix equal parts sugar (brown, turbinado, or white) with a liquid cleanser to form a paste. Use this to exfoliate in the shower. Keep your showers short and not too hot as this irritates KP.
